Does Soldum generate the shooting schedule?
Yes. From the breakdown, Soldum builds an optimized shooting schedule: grouping by location, actor availability, location constraints and travel times. The schedule recalculates automatically with every change.
Does Soldum replace a location manager or production manager?
No: Soldum is a tool that saves production teams time by automating repetitive tasks (breakdown, budgeting, scheduling). Creative and production decisions stay in your hands.
Can I export my quotes and call sheets?
Yes, all deliverables (quotes, schedule, call sheets) are exportable to Excel and PDF to share with your team and financial partners.
How much does Soldum cost?
Soldum offers two subscriptions: Solo at €49/month excl. VAT for one active project at a time, and Studio at €179/month excl. VAT with unlimited projects and team invitations. Both start with a 7-day free trial: a card is required up front, and nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Students get 50% off the Solo plan, i.e. €24.50/month excl. VAT. A custom plan is available for studios, schools and nonprofits.
Is the 7-day free trial really free?
Yes, and nothing is charged during those seven days. The trial covers the Solo and Studio plans in full, with no feature held back. A card is required at sign-up: it is only used to continue the subscription at the listed price from day 8 onwards, if you do not cancel. Cancelling takes one click from your account settings, at any point during the trial, and you are charged nothing. The trial is available on a first subscription only.
Is there a student discount?
Yes: 50% off the Solo subscription — €24.50/month excl. VAT instead of €49, or €220.50/year excl. VAT on the annual plan. Verification takes seconds: you sign in with your institution account, through the academic identity federations network. No enrolment certificate to send, and no password is ever shared with Soldum. The discount lasts as long as the Solo subscription is active.
