Soldum is French AI pre-production software for film and advertising: screenplay breakdown, budgeting, casting, shooting schedule and call sheets. One address receives every request, whether it comes from a production, a film school, a journalist or a person whose data appears in the software.
For a question about the software, the 7-day free trial, a subscription, an invoice or access to your account, email contact@soldum.fr. Include the email address of your Soldum account and, if the question is about a film, the project name: that lets us answer without back-and-forth.
Once logged in, the “Help” button opens the frequently asked questions and the “Write to the team” form. Your message reaches us with your account and the name of the current project — never your amounts.
