No institution account, no list to keep, no approval to give. You pass on a link; your students decide whether to sign up, and whether to leave.
What we don't do with their data
Contact details are not public by default. When signing up, a student chooses whether their email and phone number appear in the directory. The box stays unchecked until they check it. Without it, a production can still reach them — by adding them to a specific position, one profile at a time.
The directory is not open to everyone. Only production accounts can access it. A profile cannot browse other profiles: it is not a student directory anyone can search by creating a free account.
Removal is immediate, with no paperwork. A student can leave the directory and keep their profile, or delete their profile and photo from their screen, without writing to anyone.
We don't vouch for anything on your behalf. The school a student lists is displayed exactly as they write it, and productions read it as self-reported information. We certify neither their enrollment, nor their level, nor their background: that information belongs to you, and it is you a production will ask.
We don't sell anything to your students. A crew account is free and stays free: it gives access to no paid module, and no subscription offer is ever shown to them.
What Soldum doesn't do yet
A student can't browse projects or apply: it works the other way around — productions find the profiles. We'd rather say so than let anyone think this is a job board.
